Meet the baker
 

Hello! I’m Nicole, the baker behind Nicole Sammie Bakes. Baking has always been a hobby of mine, but for years I just baked for family and only on holidays. Over the last 2 years that changed, my love for baking grew and I started to feel much more comfortable in the kitchen. I started to bake birthday cakes for family and friends. Then slowly, I spent more time in the kitchen creating. Experimenting, doing test trials, and creating new recipes. My instagram @nicolesammiebakes started as a way to share my love for baking and documenting my bakes, but with a little push from friends, family, and early customers it has since grown to be a little side hustle. Baking has not only kept me sane during crazy times, but has also given me so much joy and purpose. It has given me an avenue to create and bring happiness to others through boxes of baked goods.
